Yes you do not pay $9.99 for the THREE day version!! To use after that it is almost SIXTY DOLLARS A YEAR!!! Don’t bother.

Dumping the user in a dead end with no way out but looking at buying additional features is hardly fare and is definitely enraging.

It will not access my photos. It’s in portrait mode, which, on iPad Pro takes up only 1/3 of available space, and thirdly, most of features are locked behind their subscription model. Just get Bazaart—it’s the best out there.
What did I pay $9.99 for?

The name was changed from pro to se.With that change came with the limit of 3 cut outs before it was unlimited.This was never mentioned in the app update listing in the App Store.

The unlimited cut outs are still there you have to take extra steps to access them. You start by clicking on collage then select your picture then select background removal.

This app has limitations on photos number
The app is limited to number of photos and after that you have to download the app with subscription

App appears to be free with no IAP. Upon download one quickly realises that this is a ‘lite’ application for the paid version of the app, which it links the user to purchase at most button presses. This ‘free’ version is bare-bones and only allows three uses a day. Scummy tactic to get onto people’s phones

From hero to zero?
I was using Collart Pro, which was a fantastic and free background remover and design app. When I "upgraded" in April 2022, it switched to this SE app, which is quite a downgrade in my estimation. This SE upgrade took away the basic, unlimited background removal option, and the cost to subscribe to those features is ludicrously expensive. I think it said $49.99 for a certain number of months. What?🤯 Naturally, you can't go back to the last version, because Pro is gone.
Did this app get bought out, or is this just a random price hike? If I want to subscribe to a full design suite, I would just go to Adobe. If this SE app wants to compete with PhotoRoom and Canva, the Premium price needs to come way down to their more reasonable rates.
I'm disappointed in this extreme and unexpected change in direction for a once-handy design app. I hope the developers consider a competitive price to purchase the old Pro version. Because from my perspective, Premium is too expensive and offers advanced features that non-professional designers need or can afford. The SE version has nothing on Pro. And Premium is too costly. If you make Pro a purchase option for maybe $8.99, you'll make plenty of profit from three very different user tiers.

Remarkably efficient
I’m extremely impressed with its extraction abilities. The composite set lacks only the ability to color correct correctly, but that’s clearly reserved for the pro version. It’s not worth $50 bucks yearly folks. $10 to $25 perhaps, but not $50. Your mileage may vary

Constant Upgrade Prompt not Cool
Every time I launch the app it prompts me about upgrading to Collart (another app with in-app purchases) which is annoying. And that’s exactly why the app doesn’t deserve more than one star despite the fact that overall functionality is pretty good. It’s hard to understand why developer calls the app Pro if they’re gonna literally force users to upgrade every time they launch the app. This app should be called Lite not Pro.
