This has to be the worst designed app I have ever downloaded from the App Store.
Unusable
No instructions, icons unclear. Removed background but made it black. Seemed to offer color options, but clicking the colors did not change the background. Again, no instruction or direction whatsoever. Could not find a way to save (even with the wrong background). Export led to a tangle of useless and confusing options.
When you call your app “Remove Background” I would expect it to do that one thing without an extended session of infuriating futility.

I just started using this app and it is so easy to use. I love the no add aspect of it, as well as the simplicity of the app.

I give in 1 extra ⭐️ for "free", but…
…it's confusing to use, and downloading the image result, still had the background in there. Perhaps it’s just confusing to find the way to get the background actually get removed on this app, because other apps were more clear and straightforward… but they always ask for money, unfortunately. There are websites where it’s easy to use, and for free. So I'm still looking for an app like this. That does both: easy to make backgrounds removed (without making it white, either), and for no finance involved, either.

Already pay a monthly fee of over $8. However anything that actually makes your photos look awesome including the removal of background costs $80 per year all payable up front despite the fact Im already paying monthly fee. It says there is free BG remover however, the picture ends up so low quality its unusable. Used to really like these guys. Canceling subscription.

Useless
Like another reviewer described, you can only select photos/videos from your Library. Also, I couldn’t get the window to resize: the mouse cursor changes to a strange arrow glyph when you reach an edge or corner, but click-dragging does nothing, making the entire application completely unusable.
Not functional
If you’re looking for an actual functional app that removes background this isn’t the app for you. It’s just bland and it’s not put together at all. In essence don’t waste your time!

Does the Job well, However, it takes photos from gallery only.
Manual eraser only
App doesn't automatically remove background. You only have the ability to manually remove it w/ an eraser (though you can adjust the thickness). This app would probably only be useful for fine tuning edits you've already done elsewhere w/ an automatic background removed tool/app. Didn't really meet expectations as this is more ERASER TOOL than bkgnd remover.

It’s a Mac app pretending to be an iOS app! You can’t select a photo from a folder! It only allows photos taken with the webcam or directly from the Photos app. This is incredibly useless, so don’t waste your time on it!
