Sounds too good to be true …
Easy to set up but when I tried to add fund - bank or debit - app ‘hangs’. Msg indicated verifying information shows and gets stuck. Tech support unable/unwilling to assist.

Hi ck675h, Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the confusion you ran into. At the moment we’re not able to support bank or debit deposits in certain states, including yours. The screen you saw should have explained that more clearly, and we’re updating the app to make this much more obvious. my experience
only had the app for week and half and out of nowhere i’m told something wrong with kyc and asked if i ever had problems with kyc elsewhere i told them no and my deposits were being blocked i was instructed to do crypto deposit as work around, thinking all is good now i was contacted once again and told that the reason why deposits were blocked was because they 3rd party controls everything in the background renalta doesn’t have any say so and couldn’t even explain why this was happening i even called my bank to see if they were blocking transactions and turned out they wasn’t and it was their payment processor blocking the transactions. i was then instructed to get my money off the app in 5 days they will close the account, i pulled money out immediately ach was pretty fast 2 days. they told me they would let me know when i could use the service again but i don’t think they will, bummer was a great app not long after that i came across a better platform then renalta! they have wonderful human live support that you can talk to and actually cares about you, they actually tell you the information you need and actually tackle the problem and i’m earning 15% apy everything that renalta does the competitor does it better and i’m an early adopter to both platforms.

I love this app
I didn’t even know what APY was, but I heard great things about Renalta. I tried it and wow. It literally just earns me money. I moved all my money from my banking app into Renalta and wish I did sooner
Top investment app
This is really a great app that gives you an amazing yield. Almost unbelievable 10%. My friends and I are planning to move our retirement savings here. Safer than having the money invested and gives a great return.
