Unpaid loan
Okay I tried applying for a loan and it was approved, then I haven’t gotten any payment till this moment. I make used of support on the app and I was delayed telling me an agent would reach out to me in few minutes smh...

I applied for a loan and filled in every necessary information only for me to wake up and find out my account has been blocked. You guys have my bvn, bank account, home address among other information. I hope my information are safe cuz I don’t understand how you will get vital information s of a customer and then go ahead to disable the account.
