Requires an iPhone Pro with a LiDAR sensor (iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models).
Scan a room or a whole floor and get, within minutes, a dimensioned plan, every wall and the quantities for the job — then send the quote in your own name, with GST and QST. Everything happens on the device, with no account and no network: the app works in the basement.
WHAT YOU GET
• Scaled 2D plan with doors, windows and openings; editable plan.
• Numbered walls and a face-on view of every wall, to describe the work surface by surface.
• Paint, flooring, tile, trim and drywall quantities, in m² or sq ft.
• Your prices and labour rates per sq ft or per ft, markup, discount, taxes and revisions.
• A numbered quote PDF with validity, deposit and signature lines, in French or English.
• Plan PDF, materials list CSV, DXF, SVG, measurement sheet, full report.
NO LIDAR? The app opens a sample job — a real scanned floor with its plan, walls, quantities and quote.
FREE OR PRO
Free for good: scanning, plans, measurements and quantities, a watermarked plan PDF, and three free quotes. RenoMeter Pro: unlimited quotes in your name, watermark-free plans and every file.
Measurements, areas and quantities are estimates from a LiDAR survey (±2–3 cm) — verify on site before cutting, ordering or signing. RenoMeter does not produce a certificate of location, an OACIQ-style habitable area, or a Construction Code compliance statement.
No account, no servers, no tracking: your scans stay on your iPhone. The only thing that leaves the device is an address lookup to Apple Maps, and only when you ask for one.
SUBSCRIPTION
RenoMeter Pro — auto-renewable subscription: 1 year at CAD 199.99, or 1 month at CAD 24.99, plus tax (price may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in the app (Business tab › Manage or cancel subscription) or in your Apple Account settings.
