Great just for fun!

I love this app, or as I call it a game! I have always liked making floor plans and I love creating houses, so I do this for fun! Totally recommend! 💖😝

Great pro level floor plan app with a reasonable price

It will be greater if you have area and perimeter displayed in the room drawings

Help Cut Off

The help screen is cut off at the bottom on my iPhone 13 iOS 26.

Can’t cancel

I canceled after the minimum package expired, I’ve just discovered I’m still paying.

Objects not adding

I am not able to add door , windows it looks disabled and not showing why and what next

Almost Perfect

This app seems to have everything you need to plan out your renovation. I am using this app for a different purpose, I needed something that I could create a floor diagram with for Food & Beverage Banquets. Showing up to different places and needing to quickly create an accurate floor plan is not an easy task. However using RenoPlan made it EXTREMELY easy to do so. The only thing I will ask for (I know from a RENO standpoint it is not needed), I wish it was easier for me to create symbols/icons. Although I did have fun trying to figure out which HVAC or Plumbing symbol I could use to identify the heat lamp or Chaffee on the buffer.

Simple, Intuitive and Effective

This is by far one of the most simple, intuitive and effective solutions I have used for quickly laying out a floor plan. Even the free version is unbelievably powerful and offers all of the features that most users will need. You can have a 1,000 sq ft basic plan done in a few minutes with very little practice. Only feature I would love to see is a display of the sq ft displayed in each room beneath to measurement.

DOES NOT HAVE OPTION FOR FRACTION DIMENSIONS

This is weird that an interior measurement tool does not have fractions measurement input nor option to show dimensions in inches only.

Scene sketching

I’m a fire investigator an I’ve been trialing this app, I use this app to recreate fire scenes. This app has been amazing and I will continue to use it to help me on scenes.

Bb pro

Very good,I love it

Has potential but major bugs

Firstly, the lidar scanner does not work on my iPad Pro so you would not be able to create plans quickly using this function.
Then I find that I cannot add doors or windows or stairs to a manually create plan due to some bug with that as well… I think this company has lots of different offerings and they haven’t given much love to this app. It seems.

Response from developer

Greetings from Measure Square, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For the lidar scanner feature, your iPad Pro needs to be 2020 version or newer in order to use this feature. Also, you should be able to add doors/windows/stairs to an existing floor plan; if the problem still exists, please email an screenshot to support@measuresquare.com with your measure square ID (email used to sign in) with the subject line “iOS review, product” so we can discuss with you further.

Can't do anything on free version

Have to pay

Can’t Use Hide My Email

1. The app requires you to make an account to try even basic features.
2. The app doesn’t seem to accept addresses generated by Hide My Email.

This means giving someone my real email to see if an app is even worth my time. Nah. I’ll try again with a different email but I’m not hopeful.

Developers: I am totally cool buying an app. I’m also cool with in-app purchases. What I won’t abide is an app that is functionally useless in its “free” evaluation period. Especially when it demands my personal information before I know if the app is even one I want to use.

$9.99 plus tax - wasted

Not for me

Need to have quote and invoice functions

It will be handy to create an estimate after drawing the floor plan, get a customer to sign the quote on site, then turn it into an invoice when the job is completed.

Has been using this app for a while, a nice light weight edition of its MeasureSquare Mobile that works for contractors.

Still the best basic 2-D floor plan

I like this floor diagramming effort workflow of setting up this floor. Did my entire house floor plan in less than 4 hours using tape measure with this app.

Also like the DXF export that is very useful in other app.

A great starter app. Has a fun 3-D but very-simpl3 viewer.

The best drafting app out there

I have tried using several apps to create a simple floor plan to scale for energy modeling and this has been the best by far. Very easy to learn and has great accuracy when calculating sqft and volume. The time saved makes is easily worth the money.

Very satisfied

I am a mitigation technician at a small company, so when I enter homes I have to do a detailed “sketch” of the affected areas. Plus the free version works flawlessly.

Fairly intuitive

Compared to a lot of other apps, this one is very accessible. It also doesn’t set you up for a subscription just to learn the ropes. It’s been very useful for my small plan as a homeowner.

Very meh

This app has some cool features, but it’s biggest “bug” is that they think that being able to export a dxf file is worth $10.00 a month. It isn’t. In most real programs (not apps), this is a simple File, save as… function. Worth a one time $10? Sure! But $120 a year? No. Not even close. Might be worth it if you are a full time contractor. If you are a DIYer, maybe you want to drive on by. Not worth it for me.
