Good functionality
The app has pretty good functionality but a few things I did not like were: requires a login, there is no reporting (a pdf report would be helpful for records), there is no ability to share your information with others, there is no data export, you can’t name a property the app requires a validated address. Also, it is unclear what additional features if you buy the subscription.
