Hello, can you send us the email with the game download link, then we will check whether we could fix the issues, it is true that not all games are supported, as Ren'Py has many versions, some old games maybe struggle with the app, you could find our email in app's tutorial page

Thanks for your 5 star rating, notes, some games maybe need to play twice to get it work, as first time, the game may try to read saves file which not exists, second time it should be able to play, if restart the app the game could not be played still, feel free to let us know, we are always here to help.
