This app is amazing
I am writing this on February 6, 2026 and I can say that the customer service has definitely gotten better. The customer support is one of the things I worried about most after however most times I contacted customer support. I got an immediate response with them 1 to 2 business days. As for actually making money, I think that this app is really great for making money so far I’ve made over $300. I trust this app because it uses PayPal to pay me rather than asking for my bank information and if there’s a problem with With your payment then you just contact them via their email and usually after they saw my email I was paid out instantly through my PayPal.

Absolutely terrible. Stole my money
I came back to this app after several months off. The one person that I really thought was a friend on here, turned around and charged back all of the calls that he made to me. I found this out when I got paid today and the money was short. They gave me no notice of this happening. This company gave him all his money back cause he was mad I raised my rate. If it bothered him so much, he could’ve just stopped calling instead of calling me several times and why the company gave him back every single call makes no sense. You won’t make anything on here anyway most people hang out before the minute is up where you have to be on a minute and five seconds to get paid. There are hardly any callers on the app but tons of people signed up to take them.

Been trying to get verified for weeks.
I have uploaded picture after picture, always something “wrong” with it. “The picture is sideways” “The image could be seen as provocative” “This person looks under 18” I AM 23 YEARS OLD WITH A FACE FULL OF PIERCINGS. Yall just want my money. Gross

I had a 59 second call. It says COMPLETED. It literally says the person paid $0 but I charge $5 per minute so. Something’s wrong there.

Do not buy this app. Apauling is an under statement. Tried 7 times to get my account up, each time it took 5 days for them to come uo with a new reason as to why I can’t. From Bluey picture to too short thrn too long BIO. Each time it said “pau £7 to get it done staight away” it’s a pure scam they just want tour money. DO NOT GET IT

I think RACF admin, should set the app in a way where one can send messages or call back callers . It’s really aching that we can’t get access to them only them can of which is not supposed to be like that..calls are not connecting, one can’t even send a message 🤦♀️..i wrote this on behalf of me and others who are going through similar situations..I will be glad if my suggestions is taking into consideration , I’ve got a lot to offer to RACF so to make it a better and more advance app🙏🫶

Disappointing and Misleading
I downloaded this app hoping to grow my network, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. It heavily pushes a paid subscription by promising more visibility and friends—but once you pay, nothing changes. Your handle isn’t promoted, you don’t get any meaningful exposure, and making friends still feels like shouting into the void. Feels like a cash grab with zero support for actual connection. Would not recommend unless they make real improvements.

I can’t answer the calls.
It says incoming call and i try to accept the calls then wait thinking it’s just (loading) and nothing. I haven’t be able to speak to any of the callers. What’s even worse is there’s no way to send a small message or a note letting the callers know what problem I’m having with the app. I do not mean to waste anyone’s time. I feel so bad for those callers. They just want to make a friend and want someone to talk to. I wanted to give this app the benefit of doubt and not believe the reviews but I found out for myself the reviews aren’t a lie. I’m So disappointed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rent-A-Cyber Friend
I had a terrible experience working with Rent-A-Cyber Friend. I provided my services as agreed, but unfortunately, I never received payment for my work. The communication throughout the process was shockingly poor, with delayed responses and, at times, rude and unhelpful replies when I tried to follow up on my payment.
