Poor experience
I was looking for an apartment in a certain zip code, Rent. kept sending me options for apartments about 50-75 miles from my desired location. Very annoying, the frequency of notifications was very high, tried to edit the options, finally deleted my account with Rent.

This app has a bunch of scammers trying to take your money when it comes to renting a house, if you looking for an apartment you should be ok. Don’t rent a house through this app because more than likely they are not the owners of the house.
Budget
When I enter my maximum ability to Pay, the app still presents properties that have a base rent amount that is over my Max.

List Property for Rent
Sucks! I just spent an hour or more creating my ad. I selected 75 photos, then it said 3 photos are not supported. I tried to delete them nothing happened. The only option was to select cancel. When I did that it took me out of the listing menu. Now I can’t find the “list rental” option! I’m soooo frustrated!!!!

Every time I see a place on the map it would say $1100

Nice pictures of properties
Good working app, the information is not correct ever. Better used to find property names than search names separately. You’ll be surprised how different the prices and availability are. Don’t believe the listed specials.
Can’t see virtual floor plans
I don’t like the fact that you can’t see the virtual floor plan like you can on Apartments.com. And the price is not broken down per floor plan like it is on Apartments.com. It’s really not useful at all

Price changing in the app
Why are the prices changing upward when I click on an add. I’ve had several listings from 2k to 3 k once I’ve clicked on it!

They do not pick up the phone or reply to emails, this app was made for realtors to syphon money from renters and for their comfort not for the renters.

The site needs more filters like Garage first level 55 and older, no stairs playground. Your customers can always take out Filters if they are not getting any results.
