More accurate numbers on the Annual tab and in the property detail view. Best Month and Worst Month on the Annual tab no longer include the current month or any future months — since those months don't have all their expenses and income logged yet, they could unfairly show up as your "best" or "worst" simply for being incomplete. Now only fully elapsed months are considered. We also fixed a bug where a recurring expense with no end date — an ongoing bill like a mortgage or HOA fee — could silently disappear from a property's monthly totals, its shared-expense split calculation, and its month-to-month and year-over-year comparison charts. Open-ended recurring expenses are now counted everywhere they should be.
