Rent Harbor

This application allows landlords to charge their tenants for rent and other billing expenses. The landlords and the tenants will register on the app. Landlords can set up a billing item and send the invoice to the tenants to pay on the app. Invoices can be set to automatically be created on a recurring time period such as on the first of every month.
