Built a $1.5 Mil Real Estate Portfolio with this app

I have used this app to build my $1.5 million real estate portfolio (soon to be $3.1 million). The simplicity and reliability of the calculator has given me the confidence to very quickly analyze deals in just a minute flat. It has saved me a ton of time before deciding on a massive underwriting.

The convenience of seeing the numbers change in real time as you change the parameters have been a game changer.

I can answer questions like: “what is the minimum rental income this property has to bring in at the current asking price to get me a minimum of 10% Cash on Cash Return?”

Or put differently, “given the current rental income on this property, what is the maximum I can offer to the seller to earn a minimum of 10% Cash on Cash Return?”

Interestingly enough, I am using this app to coach and mentor learners.

Great Real Estate Calculator

This calculator has been great to use when evaluating real estate deals quickly. It has all the essential inputs to to get you a quick estimate of what your cash on cash return will be, the dollar amount and the overall return. Definitely recommend!!

Simple, fast, and helpful

Used to pull up a spreadsheet on my laptop every time i wanted to run numbers on a new rental. Now it’s just this app for me. All those desktop-optimized programs are a pain when I’m trying to review a potential unit while not at home. This app is the best

Great but expensive

Used to be great when it was free but $20 a month is wild. Should be like $1.99 /mo. Oh well, guess I will find a new app.

Thank you for the feedback! The app is still free to use and analyze as many times as you’d like just like the prior version but now you can save 3 properties for free. You can forever edit those 3 properties or delete and start fresh. The Pro/paid option includes more options that weren’t previously there but have been requested. New program

If it was $5 instead of $20 I would be all over the pro plan. But I think $20 is just to much for to little in return

Best interface for running numbers on your phone!

My old rental property calculator was no longer available so I had to find a new one. After trying all I could find on the AppStore this one was definitely the best. The interface is clean and allows for quick and accurate numbers!
