App no longer works
I’ve been using this app for a few years but it stopped working all of a sudden today. Even their website no longer works. I emailed their support but never got a response. I’m worried that everything I’ve entered is gone.

Simple and effective
Rental Hero is just what I was looking for when it came to organizing finances for our short-term rental property. Glad I’ve used this versus excel or quick books. It’s simple, organized, and saves lots of time and hassle.
Never got started
I would love to have tried this app but one wrong click and it will never go back. I clicked the wrong button out of the gate, and it wanted my login and password which I had not yet set up, but there is no way to go back. I tried deleting the app across all of my devices and it still insists that I have a login. So I cannot use the app. Epic fail! Especially for a new user. Lost a new client before even getting started. Never to return.

Can’t sign up
Nice idea for an app but there is no place to create an account. After searching tech support for you app in the App Store I found where you sign up but it is only for a 30 day trial. So disappointing that I wasted all this time with your app. Back to using my excel spreadsheet.
Good app
This is great for managing my short term rentals. I’d love if it automatically pulled in my Airbnb payout transactions because I manually enter them now, but this is an excellent app. Especially to be free.
Just what I needed.
This app is great. It’s simple and easy to use and the reports are very clean. I use it to track all of my rental properties. I have been using it for over a year now.
