Amazing Customer Service.

I love the app, very convenient, Their Customer service through WhatsApp was amazingly fast and responsive, They were able to find me a very good vehicle in little to no time that was in great shape and clean, I recommend this app(they also have a website.) If you’re traveling to DR, where renting a car can be very expensive and annoying.

Tuve una experiencia sumamente decepcionante con Réntalo, especialmente con el propietario del vehículo, Adrián, y con la compañía en general. Me entregaron un vehículo con fallas mecánicas graves, poniendo en riesgo mi vida y la de mi familia. Lo peor es que, en lugar de asumir su responsabilidad, se excusaron diciendo que no tomé fotos del vehículo a tiempo y me hicieron pagar por los daños causados por su propia negligencia. Esta situación fue totalmente injusta y no se la deseo a nadie.

Rápido fácil y a buen precio

Rentalo ofrece varios modelos de carros a precio comparable con grandes compañías, con un depósito moderado (200$!) e incluye seguro. Están disponibles por WhatsApp y responden rápido a cualquier pregunta. Me ahorré casi $300 usd al rentar con ellos por una semana. Altamente recomendado.
