Renters get a clearer Home with your balance and what is due next, a Money tab that lists every charge and payment, rent payment from your phone, maintenance requests with photos straight from the camera, and your inbox. Landlords can approve or decline what is waiting on them from the phone, alongside rent status, tenants and the rest of the dashboard. Dates and times now show in your own time zone. Some were previously several hours out. Vendor accounts are no longer supported in the app. They are handled on the website instead.
