Rentas Cloud

Rentas Cloud keeps the rent, the leases and the maintenance of your properties in one place, and puts that place in your pocket. Open the app and the month is already there: collected, overdue, and coming due. Record a payment, check a lease or answer a maintenance report wherever you are. This is the iPhone app for the Rentas Cloud platform — same account, same data as the web, in your hand. IF YOU MANAGE PROPERTIES • Home: collected this month, overdue and outstanding, on one screen. • Your buildings and units, each with its lease and who lives there today. • Month-by-month rent status for every lease, spelled out in words, never colour alone. • Record payments and expenses, with a receipt. • Maintenance reports with photos, an owner and a history. • Contacts for tenants, staff and vendors, with one tap to call. • Alerts when a payment or a report changes. IF YOU RENT A HOME • Your unit, your lease and who manages the property. • Your payments: what is settled and what is next, month by month. • File a report for a leak or a fault and attach the photos. IF YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE • The reports assigned to you, with their photos and their full history. BUILT FOR THE PHONE • Offline, the last data you saw is still there, clearly marked as not current. • Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app, if you turn it on. • Your session lives in the iOS Keychain, never in a file. • Content is hidden in the app switcher. YOUR ACCOUNT IS YOURS Delete your account from inside the app, under Account → Delete my account. No phone call, no email to anyone.
