The app is not allowing me to sign up either via SingPass or manually.
Not sure about the service
This app seems very credible as it’s requires IC number for registration. However I don’t want to use it anymore hence writing to IN-APP support to request a deactivation but no one responded even though the chat box says “usually rely in a few hours”, which in my case nobody replied after about a week.

Not many properties
There are not many properties listed in the marketplace compare to other platform. I’ve been using the other platform namely start with P and ends with U. I’ve signed up just now but will probably put on hold until there are more properties listed in marketplace. The selling point for me was rental dispute and managing properties image initially during move in. Will look forward to it.

Cannot even add property
Keep having error in saving and adding the property despite me editing and re trying non stop. Wasting my time. It keep appearing “Opps looks like something went wrong”
