HOW M-PESA RENT COLLECTION WORKS Tenants open the RentPayor app, view their rent invoice and tap Pay Now. They enter the M-Pesa number they want to pay from, receive an M-Pesa prompt, enter their PIN and complete the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, RentPayor matches it to the correct invoice and automatically updates the tenant's balance and payment record. RENT GOES DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK RentPayor does not hold landlords' or property managers' rent money. Payments made through the integrated M-Pesa collection flow are sent directly to the landlord's or property manager's connected bank account.
