RentPayor: Rent Tracker

Record the rent payments you receive, then see who has paid, who has not, and which invoices are overdue. RentPayor is a rent tracker and digital rent ledger for landlords. It replaces notebooks, receipt books, spreadsheets, scattered messages, and manual rent records with one organized record of tenants, units, invoices, payments, balances, and receipts. RentPayor does not collect or process rent. You record payments received through your existing payment methods, such as cash, bank transfer, mobile money, or another method. RECORD RENT PAYMENTS Enter the amount received, payment date, payer, payment reference, and optional notes. Apply each payment to the correct rent invoice and keep the tenant, unit, billing period, balance, and receipt connected. SEE WHO HAS PAID Review what was billed, what has been recorded as paid, what remains outstanding, and which invoices are overdue. See rent status by tenant, unit, property, billing period, and currency. CREATE RENT INVOICES Generate rent invoices from saved lease terms, including the rent amount, currency, due day, billing cycle, service charge, deposit, and billing period. KEEP A DIGITAL RENT LEDGER Maintain an organized history of properties, units, tenants, leases, rent invoices, recorded payments, balances, tenant credits, and receipts. Search open and settled invoices whenever you need to confirm a previous payment. HANDLE PARTIAL PAYMENTS Record part of the rent without losing sight of the remaining balance. When a tenant pays more than the invoice amount, RentPayor can carry the extra amount forward as tenant credit. TRACK OUTSTANDING AND OVERDUE RENT Separate invoices that are still due from those that are overdue. Review outstanding balances by tenant and see arrears grouped into current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ day periods. CREATE PDF RENT RECEIPTS Generate a receipt for each recorded rent payment. Reopen the receipt later and use your device to share, save, email, or print the PDF.
