Preferred to Openrent so far
Visually the user experience is better than Openrent’s. Appreciated the welcome phone call. Hoping they bring stats on soon - they said they are working on this. Strong response times. Happy with it so far. They offered to help optimise my photos too. Priced better than OR currently too. Keep up the good work.

Flexible and supportive
I am a new landlord working in an area with selective licensing. Rentr has been so helpful in getting me ready to rent. I need more inspections and certificates than the norm because of the selective licensing and the Rentr team connected me with suppliers who could do a more bespoke set of inspections. Great service :-)

Streamlined Landlord life!
I'm really impressed with Rentr. It has streamlined my entire rental process. From listing my property to managing applications, it's all incredibly smooth. A must-have for any landlord. Great concept but needs work
For example it allows you to upload the epic but doesn’t ask for the date, so the roc photo could be anything. The roc could also be expired and you wouldn’t know unless you check each one, which defeats the purpose of a management app.
Shouldn't insist on tenant info for let properties. It could breach GDPR if tenant consent isn’t held.
Asks about insurance quotes constantly which is frustrating.
If things like this can be tweaked, it could be great.

Could be brilliant but has flaws
I provided a lot of feedback on early versions of this and initially the developers seemed quite helpful. However recently we tried to advertise a property using rentr. They took our money and a month later the property is still not live. We made over 5 calls and several emails to the developers who said that that functionality does not work (despite taking our money). They promised a refund which we have not had and now we have been locked out of the app with no explanation. As far as we can tell this is a fraudulent app run by a fraudulent company. We have reported this to apple but they don't seem to care. Next step, trading standards...

DIY property perfect
I've started using it to rent my property. Being busy all day it's hard to get through the paper work. Rentr is evolving constantly but consistently saves me money and time. Highly recommended. 👌
Good app, getting better
Does most of the things I need and is smooth and reliable. A few extra features may be welcome and the developers are good communicators and receptive to ideas. 👍

Seems good, but...
Seems good but I can't even sign up, neither by creating an account nor using facebook. Keeps giving me a "not able to process request" message. Really annoying!
