Nothing loads
Did a very simple of all downtown NYC and showed zero results. I’d stick to street easy until Claude fixes these issues.

Really disappointing tbh
Writing this after using the Max plan for exactly 1 month. 50% of listing you get come from obscure listing sites with no pictures. Most times when you attempt to contact the brokers from said sites you don’t hear back.
My partner, who was searching with me, had alerts set on other free sites like compass & StreetEasy (nyc), and was seeing listings earlier and getting through to brokers faster.
Really just 0 value in signing up for reboot

Pretty much a scam
I’ve paid $30 for what? It does not do what it reports to do. Other apps and websites seems to work much better. I got alerts. I had people sending me things before this app had even alerted me in a week of looking for an apartment. I don’t think one time this app showed me something that was before other apps, forums, and websites. Therefore RentReboot must simply skimming information of other sides that you’re already on and reposting it and then charging $30. Given the price of New York apartments I thought it was worth $30 to see if it worked and I’m here to tell you it is not.

Saved me hours
Was recommended this from a friend and it did really help. Saved me from scrolling StreetEasy all the time and always seeing the same listing. Been telling all my friends

Awesome!
Alerts worked great and I was able to find a cheap appartment in SF within days.
