Had this system for 12 months and the quality is outstanding highly recommend getting a Reolink cctv system.

The Hub just loses connection and goes off line but not the cameras
The idea of the cameras are great. But the control is limited and the hub does not stay connected and there is no identifiable reason for it. My internet is working, I am typing this review while the hub is disconnected..The wired security cam, blinks when ever someone walks by. Instead of the light just coming on it blinks so you can’t really identify the person. The system works as a deterrant but I would never depend on it.

MAJOR SECURITY FLAW: Changing password does NOT block old users!
Do not buy Reolink if you care about privacy or security.
I changed the master password on my Go PT Ultra cameras to revoke access. Not only did existing shared apps stay logged in, but my wife was actually able to log out and log back in using the OLD password! The system completely fails to invalidate old credentials.
If you need to revoke access from a former tenant, contractor, or ex-partner, changing your password will not protect you.
Reolink support is completely useless. I spent a week going back-and-forth with a rotating door of support staff who ignored this critical security bug and just sent scripted templates telling me it shouldn't happen. The software is broken and their support doesn't care. Avoid this company.

Cameras are great, App is ehh on iPad
The app on iPad when rotated to landscape constantly wants to revert to portrait mode. Makes even scrolling the menu impossible since it’s cut off
VPN problem

Terrible app and setup
Spend $1k on cameras and NVR and took hours to setup everything and kept running into issues as instructions are non existent and NVR and app UI is confusing. Now I switched wifi networks and I am shocked to find out in order to update wifi I need to change the network name and password to old network so app can detect cameras then go into each camera settings and change wifi to new network and then change my wifi network settings again. Either this or scan QR code with app to cameras that are already mounted.

Great App
We’ve used this App for many years now and it’s gotten better over time, no complaints about it, it just works.
Adding cameras etc are easy and I’ve never had an issue accessing our cameras away from home, even from other countries.

Now purchased three of these. Front of house that gives a full wide angle view of house and garden one for back garden that are solar powered. And a plug in for the boat. All different but all doing what they are meant to do.

Great app camera the very responsive to it would recommend to anybody in the entire world. Reolink is the best.
No cloud support
I bought these because it said cloud storage was available. I bought Argus 4 pro. Cloud storage not available in the US. Very misleading

App fails to load/connect to the cameras so I can’t watch them live or have video playback from my phone
Camera WiFi connection issue
Doesn’t connect at all not with LAN nor with WiFi , total waste of money don’t buy the camera.
Awful video doorbell
This video doorbell and app are really difficult to set up in the first place then a year later when I upgraded my iPhone it wouldn’t connect. The same thing happened to my wife when she upgraded hers.
Now we have just changed suppliers for internet/wifi and it won’t even connect to its own chime.

Old tat
WiFi doorbell. Sort of worked for a few days then various functionalities dropped off. Till it only rang in house not on phones. now changed out WiFi provider and not a peep. No clear instructions and ones we do have take us round the houses.
Terrible app
For some reason I no longer have the option to get notifications for people or cars and now I get spammed with “motion” alerts for the wind blowing! Totally useless and needs to be fixed I spent good money on these cameras and they’re pointless now!
Consistency
To be perfectly honest no matter what the internet provider and or wifi extenders. Reolink needs more consistency when it comes to the signal for strength with wifi cameras and better play back and recording quality/ conveniency.
