Cameras are offline when using wifi
Not sure what’s changed in the recent update but all my cameras are not accessible/offline when I’m on wifi.
Once I disconnect my wifi and all cameras are back.

Update is a downgrade
The August 2026 update removes a very useful tool from the opening screen. Previously the PIR on/off button was immediately available upon opening. Now you need to go looking for it. It is definitely a downgrade, not an improvement.

Removed pir quick button
Why remove the PIR quick button from the main image ? This was very useful for quickly arming and disarming the motion sensor, now we have to go digging in menus to simply change! This is really bad, please change back to how it was
Great cameras but app degraded
Use the track mix solar LTE model on my construction site. Why did you remove the PIR button from the Home Screen? It was a button I used daily and now I have to go through settings to turn it on an off. Also having the PIR status displayed in the Home Screen was very useful.

The cameras and the app are good, but after a recent update to the app, the ability to turn the PIR on and off from the Home interface has been removed. Please bring it back!
Whose genius idea was changing the siren button to single click?
The siren button is half of a millimeter next to the spotlight button. You’re having to use the spotlight button at night time and now you’ve changed the siren button from a two click press to a single click. I just set off the siren at 11 pm at night in my front yard. Pretty embarrassing and a bad oversight from Reolink to not consider this.

Whoever decided to remove RIP sensor off/on button from the main page needs to get his head checked.
Missing PIR for shortcut
PIR should be available for shortcut instead of Push & Record. This is very useful when people are working outside, so the change would apply to all cameras and all apps. Also, the app should show each camera’s status.

PIR gone
Most recent update removed PIR from main screen, making it very inconvenient and time consuming to turn cameras off and on. Why make app worse? Wish I could go back to old version
PIR button gone ????
Been using this app for years and one of my favorite features was the PIR on/off button on the immersive view…. I’m not sure why you got rid of that but please, for the love of God,…. bring it back !!!!

Put back icon on camera views to turn on and off PIR. Why would you remove it?

I’ve just had an app update and there is no longer a quick access to turning on PIR from home screen which is really annoying

The slow speed is too fast was better before when we could choose our speeds
Feature removed
So with this update you removed the motion sensor on/off button from the home screen. Now instead of 5 seconds to turn my cameras off, it takes 5 minutes of going through settings for each camera. Wish I never updated!
Connecting…
Recent iPad and iPhone App update leaves camera status circulating between ‘Start Live Viewing…’ and ‘Connecting…’. Subsequent updates (inc. 4.61.0) have not fixed this. I’ve been unable to view my CCTV for months now. Very poor user experience.
PIR Slider Gone !!
Please bring back the blue slider to turn PIR on and off with your battery cameras. It’s an absolute pain to go into settings for each Argus camera just to see whether they are on or off, never mind switching them on or off.
Siren button needs changed back to 2 clicks
Siren button used to require 2 clicks. I accidentally click it all the time. Now if you click it once the siren is activated. I don’t want to freak my neighbors out. Please change it back!
