Needs improvements.

Clicking an alert should bring you to its location on the map, and instead it will show you a large map with a bunch of alerts marked but no way of seeing which one you were looking for. People can easily make false claims. For instance, in my area there are already alerts of coyote sightings from the future! It’s also not easy to figure out to mark seeing more than one of an animal.

Hi MSweeney - Firstly, thank you so much for using Repawts and providing us with feedback. We recognize that this part of the app needs some attention and improvement with both optimizing the level of zoom and filtering other nearby animal sightings when you click on an alert. If you use the filter on the map to only show sightings in the last 24 hours, you should be able to see the location of the specific alert more clearly. For any posts that users believe a false or have an issue with, there is also a function to "Report a post". We have deleted posts in the past that have been reported and we appreciate the user community letting us know. The app currently don't have a specific label or input setting to specify sightings of more than 1 animal. Some users have been adding some wording in the description which can be helpful for this. Thank you again for the feedback and suggestions and we are currently working on bringing you an upgrade which will be addressing these features and more that we hope you will enjoy. Great fun way to see Alaskan wildlife up close and safely!

Thanks for setting up this great tool! Navigating the app is incredibly easy and I really enjoy seeing where the outdoor action is happening here in town. I’ll be sure to be more vigilant snapping photos of our encounters with wildlife in future!

Unique app

This app is unique! Easy to use, no glitches. I love the attention to detail, like the wildlife icons are also color coded so it’s easy to see what animal is in the area. Recommend!

Instant notifications

The app is very easy to use. It also immediately sends me a notification if someone reports an animal sighting. This allows me to change the route I walk my dog if a coyote is reported up ahead.

Fantastic app

This app is really user friendly and useful, we usually check it out before going fishing or hiking and we feel much safer. Specially useful if you have kids

Amazing idea

The idea of the app is great and the app itself is great too. I just downloaded the app and it looks good. The only little problem is that its kind of glitchy but the rest is really good
