RepCloud Drive

RepCloud Drive is the iPhone companion for RepCloud's business file hub. It helps RepCloud account users browse team folders, search visible files, preview documents, upload selected files, create revocable share links, and send file links to CRM contacts. The app is built for existing RepCloud Drive workspaces. Sign in starts from the RepCloud web app, which pairs the iPhone with a workspace-authorized device token. Key features: - Browse RepCloud Drive folders and shared files. - Search native and connected-provider files across the workspace. - Preview common file types from iPhone. - Preview Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive files without exposing provider tokens to the phone. - Save provider files to RepCloud before rename or sharing. - Mark files available offline for cached preview. - Upload files or images you explicitly choose. - Rename files when your workspace permissions allow it. - Create and revoke external share links. - Look up CRM contacts when sending a share link. - Copy diagnostics without exposing raw device tokens. RepCloud Drive uses HTTPS for app traffic, stores the phone pairing token in iOS Keychain, and follows RepCloud account permissions.
