App does not give information promised in ads. Support button is supposed to give the ability to unsubscribe, but does not work. Just an email that never gets answered. They also tried to charge my card after I sent multiple emails to cancel! If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Can’t cancel after multiple attempts at email
Overcharged
Charged for two subscriptions and can’t even get into the app unless I subscribe again. Emailed the company twice with no answers. Charged $120 so far and I can’t cancel anything.

The support button in the app doesn’t work. That button is supposed to be how you cancel your subscription. They also won’t answer email to cancel subscription either.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of somebody for days now. Customer service is non existent. They charged me 59.99 twice for a year service after emailing them to cancel. (email is the only way to get ahold of them) mainly leaving this to warn people to not waste your time or money and possibly get someone’s attention to get a refund since I got double charged for a misleading app

This app charge me for a yearly subscription even after I canceled on the same day that I started the 7day free trial. In the app the email address leads to no where and the support link doesn’t work.
