ReplyBridge helps Instagram Business and Creator accounts respond when people comment on your posts. Connect through the app and use two complementary flows: Auto DM sends a private Direct message (Private Reply) in line with Meta’s rules, and Auto Reply posts a public comment reply that everyone on the thread can see. What you can do - Auto DM: Private follow-up to commenters via Instagram Direct, with optional keyword matching and a “once per person” option per post. - Auto Reply: Automatic public replies on top-level comments, with its own message, keyword rules, and optional once-per-person limit. - Shared automation period: DM and Reply automation share one expiry window per post; you can see when it ends and, where offered, watch a rewarded video ad to extend the period. - Local reminders: Optional notifications around your automation period so you are less likely to miss renewals. - At-a-glance stats: Per post, see how many messages or replies were sent and how many distinct commenters were reached (where tracking applies). - Utility-first UI: Recent posts, search, pull to refresh, and pagination to manage many pieces of content. Important - An Instagram Business or Creator account and appropriate Meta app permissions are required. - Public comment replies are visible on Instagram; private DMs follow Meta Private Reply policies. Delivery and feature availability depend on Meta’s platform policies and your account status. - Rewarded ads are provided by Google AdMob where configured; you can choose whether to watch. The app may show other ads according to your AdMob setup. - ReplyBridge works with the ReplyBridge service; some capabilities require server-side configuration and a stable network connection.
