About

RepNaut is the workout tracker built for households, not just individuals. Log one session and track everyone in it — a parent and their kids, roommates, a couple — each person's weight, reps, and history stay their own, even though you're all working out together. FEATURES • Multi-person sessions: Start one workout and log sets for everyone in it, in any order. • Regiments: Save a named, ordered workout with default sets and reps. Weight always pre-fills from that person's own most recent numbers for that exercise — never a guess. • Lifting and cardio, together: Strength exercises log weight × reps; cardio logs minutes. RepNaut switches automatically, so you never need a separate app for cardio days. • 100+ exercises, with how-to: A full catalog across every muscle group, each with a description and real form instructions — fully editable, nothing locked away. • Real progress charts: Per-exercise progress, body-weight trend, and household-wide weekly training volume, one line per person. • Personal records, tracked automatically: RepNaut watches every set you log and flags it the moment it beats a previous best — heaviest weight and estimated one-rep max, tracked separately. • Guided bench press progression: Set a training max and RepNaut pre-fills your exact sets and reps each session, automatically advancing you to the next workout. • Print or export: Turn one workout — or a whole stack of them — into a clean, printable report, or export full history to CSV. • Built for iPad too: A dedicated sidebar layout, with full support for Slide Over and Split View. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS RepNaut has no account, no login, and no ads. Your workouts, body metrics, and photos sync privately across your own devices through your personal iCloud account — never through a RepNaut server, because there isn't one.
