Great app, but do the council take notice?
The app itself is really easy to use, with good location features, and easy to report. However, there are still reports active from April 2022, that are listed as “under review“, so the question is: are the council just ignoring this app, or is the app not updating when incidents are solved? I reported potholes a couple of months ago, and they still haven’t been fixed, with no update from the app except “under review”.
