always wrong. tells me to unfollow people that DO follow me back. it messes up and thinks they don’t follow me.

I signed up the first day they told me pay 1$, moments later on that same day, they tried to take 25$ as well, DONT USE THIS APP THEY SCAMMERS. THEY DONT HAVE NO CALLING NUMBER FOR US TO REACH THEM ONLY AN EMAIL, UNACCEPTABLE

It works but everytime I try to update it it’ll get to 94% give me an “oops error occurred” and freeze
Why did I download this
Just to test it out created a make-believe account name that I KNOW is not a real and it said it the “account” had blocked me and the Unfollow didn’t update when I know there were accounts that unfollowed me and some that had followed as well. I had to do my own manually so this was a waste of money for the month

Won’t let me purchase gold
So i absolutely love the idea of this app. It has so many positive reviews so i got it. I wanted to buy the gold pack so i can see everything, but for some reason it won’t let me. It says the card payment keeps declining and my parent will have to use another card. My parents are using the correct card, but it just keeps declining.

Paid and stopped working
Paid for the app and it worked for a couple months. Not great.
Stealing Money / Showing Error
After paying, an error message constantly pops up after refreshing the page. Only get the “Not Following Back / “Following Back” numbers. Everything else either is blank or the app continues to try to charge for again. Transaction was processed through my bank. Disputing with my bank.

The app worked for a couple of months then it continues to say there’s an error loading it and it no longer works.
Paid subscriber for years - app no longer works
I have used the paid version of this app for years and until recently it had work as expected. Now it’s unusable. I already deleted the app re-downloaded it signed back in and tried with no improvement. I’m being charged a subscription to an app that I can no longer use. Every time I try to use the app I get “ an error has occurred. Try again later” message. They need to fix the issue or offer an explanation and resolution to the paid subscribers. I’m about to file the charges as fraudulent.

Can’t get app to work for me anymore.
App doesn’t work for me anymore. Once it get to 99% loading it gives me an error message. I’ve signed out and back in, I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I’ve message support multiple times no response but it’s delay in you guys taking the money for us to have access to the features that doesn’t even work for me anymore.
