This app really not accurate why it says people that still following me not following it’s mind blowing cause I have to be back n forth to check and make sure please upgrade im a yearly subscriber and not happy.
Annual subscription issues
Used this for a month maybe with monthly payment and worked perfect. Decided to go with annual and since I did that the app does not work anymore. I have to manually unfollow everyone it’s so annoying because it used to just do this for me. Have attempted to reach out twice for customer support via email to no response.

I will let me know when someone unfollows me but looking at my page or admires and likes are off. I tried to delete to reinstall but still inaccurate. I know it is since I have a separate Instagram I use and it really doesn’t report anything from that account or profile views from that account and it’s a very basic account that should be showing up

I was signing into the app and it made me do a Face ID scan, to my surprise I was charged $24
Plus the premium features are not worth the yearly subscription.
As a business owner I was told that this is a helpful app to which it’s NOT!!

It DOESNT WORK
The unfollow feature does not work as advertised. I subscribed and paid $6 for the service specifically to use the feature that unfollows followers who don’t follow me back, but it simply doesn’t work. I feel like I paid for a feature that I can’t actually use. Please fix this issue or provide a refund for the subscription.

App is non active
My IG has updates and the last update was a month ago. I have unfollowers and the app is not updating on actual count and who stop following.
Inaccurate
Very inaccurate. Reports will show people who “unfollowed” you though they still were very much following me.
Harvesting
Probably one of the worst apps I’ve seen recently. These guys ask you for your Instagram password and then give you no quality information. It’s a bunch of payment gateways. Trash.

Ok so I purchased yearly on accident and I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription and I was already charged, I’m not sure how to fix it but I really just want my money back, the app is very confusing because it says it can cancel anytime and I just can’t manage to find where I can cancels

Falsely reports some people as ones who don’t follow you back (even though they do), falsely reports lost followers and blocked followers.
