I was about to get charged for a subscription in a couple of days even though this app is no longer working!

I accidentally purchased a subscription and kept it because, on the day I purchased it, the app generated my report perfectly fine. However, a couple of days later, it now just gets stuck on “Preparing your report” and never finishes. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
