8/10 times I open the app it will be not working

It takes lot many days to resolve issues with the Datum. Service teams response is very poor

Great Service but App does not work on iPhone 7 plus
We have been using Repos services for a while now. No complaints there. Having an app is a convenience. However this app has stopped working on iPhone 7 plus wherein it crashes as soon as you launch it. Restarting phone, reinstalling app does not work. Hence, uninstalled the app.
