I bought a free trial of this app, got the screenshots to prove it but it took £9.99 from my account. I straightaway cancelled it and asked Apple for refund but I keep getting the message not eligible for refund and no further explanation. Will contact trading standards if no one gets back o me to explain why they have taken the money
