Strap not sending
I pressed to order it and the screen just freezes until I force close it

The app not working
Oh, it’s been over a month and my head strap has not came and it keeps saying that the strap is on the way no need to do anything running a little late. I have gave people this app after me . And they all have a strap and I still haven’t got

You can’t reach out to support about quest I have tried already the quest for washing dishes I have attempted about 6x in it didn’t record I have a whole 5 min of me washing dishes in my hands in view in it still didn’t record it’s a gamble at your own risk
No strap
My strap never arrived even though being marked on the app that it has. The way the app is set up it’s very hard to get in contact with anyone from customer service to fix the strap problem so it seems this was done purposely to prevent people from making money.

It’s a very awesome app
You guys put a lot of work with constant updates to fix bugs and everything. I really enjoy this app especially that I currently struggle to get a job I might have this as my job and start doing it a lot more often. It’s a newer app and still a lot of work to do till it is working stable people are saying that they don’t have the strap and taking forever they recently updated to if you have a strap you can message them in the discord and have it unlocked yes it might take them a while to reply but they will. Amazing work on the app and keep up the good work in updates and everything and don’t ever give up. I highly recommend this app. Also have patience for replies im pretty sure they are limited on staff and not very many people to run it. As I know there are 3 people in discord for supporting the app. So patience is very important.

My head strap hasn’t even shipped so I ordered one from Amazon, I can’t even get my account unlocked and I’ve reached out in discord and all I get is let me check and u hear nothing back and when you check the app it’s still not unlocked. There’s a lack of support

Questionable
I have been trying to reach customer service but every time i type my issue i cant get my keyboard to go away or scroll to send it. I also notice it took days for some videos to be reviewed when it claims they are viewed within a day. I reached out to customer service to ask if i can use my own headstrap and how to send referrals. I have not cashed out yet but, when i do that will be the make it or break it for me. I gave 3 stars because overall assuming its legit its a good app. I will possibly change my star rating depending on the bug fix for the help option and my cashout.

My videos wont up load
Videos won't upload; the ones that do take days. After days, I've had the app for over two months and have made nothing. I can't get ahold of anyone either.
