I downloaded thinking it was a good money making app to pay for things I do every day but it said it was going to send the strap but never did or never shipped and I looked up to see if this was a legit money given thing it is not it’s a scam and thankfully I was able to delete my account cause it wasn’t letting me change my bank account or delete it

The app works OK I love it. Great idea. I can really make a lot of money off of it, but I still do not see any progress with my head scrap. I have a hitch scrap already like the other apps. I’m using it gave me the option to use the head scrap at this point. I’m starting to feel like it’s a scam. Please help me.

Waiting for strap
I’m waiting until I get the head strap before I complete tasks — and I advise everyone else to do the same.
The app says I can do hundreds of tasks without the strap, but I can’t cash out until I get it delivered. Seems weird. I have a strap from a similar gig but they won’t let me use it.
So yeah, when they deliver my strap or they let me use my current strap, I’ll update my review.

Head Strap Delay Is Preventing Me From Cashing Out
I’m honestly becoming concerned about my order and the lack of updates. I placed my order for the head strap on August 6, and I still haven’t received it or even seen any progress showing that it has shipped.
I’ve also already reached the $17 cash-out limit, but I’m unable to withdraw my money because I don’t have my head strap yet. It’s frustrating to have money sitting in my account that I’ve already earned but not be able to access it because I’m still waiting on an order that hasn’t even shown shipping progress.
I’ve tried figuring out where I can get help with this, but I’m not sure who to contact or what I’m supposed to do at this point. I understand that orders can take time, but it’s been over a week since August 6 with no clear update.

Very confused about when it should come
I’m just curious I signed up a few days ago for this app and still working on it and waiting on my strap to come. How long should I be waiting? I really like it because it gets me out of the house gets me doing things, but how long are we supposed to wait for everything to come in the mail and what would it be delivering through?

I have waited for over a week and a half and have still not received my strap. I made a whole new account and signed and it keeps saying “it is taking longer than expected” this is so annoying. I received the signing documents and it’s says email with any questions and I have 3 times with no response. I’m getting really fed up

I just signed up but I have 2 head straps because I was already doing this for another company but I can’t find a email to see if I can just use one of those and I see a lot of reviews of people saying they never got a strap. I’m really interested in starting so please let me know.

I STILL CANT CASHOUT! I’ve updated the app 3 times , I’ve changed my bank and it still says it needs to be verified. Still have yet to hear from support

Ok so now that the bank issue has been resolved the other issue is I can’t withdraw any money cause it keys saying I have to record a video with my strap band BUT every video I record with it FAILS but any video I have recorded without the band all videos pass and upload so I’m not understanding whats the problem? The band told me I missed a spot in the right corner I went back and did it and it still failed I’ve recorded over 10videos and all them failed so whats up with that???

Hi TeeKeylah, you're right, that was ridiculous and we're sorry. The stuck bank verification was a bug on our side, there was never a missing step on yours. It's fixed now, so update the app and try the withdrawal again, your money will be on its way. If it still doesn't go through, drop our support a message and we'll fix it for you.
Received strap but can’t cash out
I received my strap. But the app still says that my strap hasn’t been delivered and I can’t even cash out or even unlock the other task that are available, which I don’t plan to do them unless there’s proof that I can actually cash out what’s in my account so far I’m starting to think this is a scam.

It finally gave to the option to finally cash out it. Once my bank was verified waiting for payment cashed out the 4th and just got it the 10th so they do pay out just give it time like I did

That last part was a bug on our side and it's fixed now, so your money is on its way to your bank. If it hasn't landed within a few business days, drop our support a message and we'll sort it out.
Weeks and no head strap
Its been weeks since ive signed up for this app. I was really looking forward to the opportunity that it provides to make money doing everyday tasks. Ive been completing what im able to without the headstrap but its frustrating that it hasnt even shipped out yet and its been weeks!!! So it feels like my hard work may be for nothing if i dont receive it. You cant withdraw anything until the head strap arrives but you have access to hundreds of quests anyway. It feels like im working for free. Maybe when i get my headstrap and can properly use the app in its intended way i can write a much better review.

Love the app but it has been days and they still have not sent me my head strap and there is no way to contact anyone for updates. I don’t see what takes days to send someone a head strap

Is it a scam
I’ve had it for I think four days now and everything is fine. Besides, I thought when I hit $15 I was gonna be able to cash out. My bank has been verified but now it’s saying I have to wait for my strap to arrive even though I’ve been doing strap tasks without it. That’s the only reason I was doing strap tasks without the head strap was cause I was trying to get to the $15 mark to cash out to see if this was legitimate and now it’s saying I have to wait for my strap to show up so it’s kind of looking like a scam at this point.
