I wish I could give it 0 stars. $140 to have the option of buying a $9 set of poorly sized paper scrubs. How is this legal. Not to mention the app barely works and the website is terrible. Government intervention needs to happen.

All the 1 star reviews are inaccurate…..this company doesn’t even qualify for 1 star. As everyone has said, total SCAM. Their customer service is also garbage but I suppose you don’t have to be when you have reps by the balls. Hope someone takes this company down. And they’re destroying the environment on top of scamming.

The absolute worst service for reps. A scam with a soul purchase to gouge us of as much money as they can making me pay to do. My job is ridiculous. I don’t have a company card like some of these big companies so this comes out of my bank account every month. This company and the hospitals that implement it should be ashamed of themselves

Parasitic company that provides zero value for both the hospital and the vendor. The founder couldn’t come up with a product that was beneficial to anyone so they just created a subscription service to take advantage of people going to work

Total scam. The only people in the entire hospital setting who think this is a good idea are the supply chain managers who have never set foot in an OR. Sold a false bill of goods on a completely false narrative about reps. An absolute embarrassment to healthcare. Hospital systems would absolutely crumble without those they continue to blame. You supply chain admins better hope they never call your bluff. Maybe one day all of the reps just decide they won't show up. Sad for patient care but sweet justice for an industry under attack from parasitic companies like this.

Well, terrible website, ridiculously backwards app, expensive and total garbage to wear.
Won’t open
Latest version won’t open (v3.0.0) on my employer-provided iPhone 13. Personally I hate the service, but I’m just talking about the app on apple appstore. Had to download the app on my personal phone from Google PlayStore to get scrubs dispensed.

Biggest scam in the history of medicine. Plastic scrubs to hurt the environment, see-thru so you have to wear street clothes underneath. Bad for the patient, bad for the hospital. Reps don’t steal scrubs, doctors do. But keep attacking the reps who have no defense and no representation. We are part of the surgical team too.

Whoever created this app is stupid. I have never once had to pay for scrubs to work in a hospital. And 8 dollars every time??? This is the dumbest thing on earth. The amount of work we do for hospital staff/hospitals in general is so under appreciated when they make us pay a subscription to just step foot in the facility. Shameful.
