About

Build a personal circuit and log actual completed sets without opening the camera. Saved progress keeps your place across app launches. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Circuits, name your plan, add up to six exercises and choose one to eight rounds. Targets are your own planning values. 2. Start the circuit log. Enter actual reps, or seconds for a plank hold, then record the set. Skip remains distinct from a recorded zero. 3. Resume saved circuits, review and share the manual record, repeat the plan as a new circuit, or delete a log after confirmation. Existing camera rep counting, exercise modes, multi-set sessions, coaching, workout history, insights and settings remain available. WHAT TO KNOW Manual records do not measure form, calories, tempo or fitness. Camera-counted history remains separate and unchanged. Targets are not prescriptions; choose activity appropriate for you and rest as needed. Repeating a circuit starts a fresh unrecorded log. iPhone and iPad.
