• "With what?": when you log, pick barbell, dumbbell, plate or machine, and the app remembers how you did it last time. Your machines get names ("the usual", "+ Another") and keep their settings ("seat 6"). • Failure and Pain: mark a set taken to failure in one tap, or pain on the set it happened (where, which side, how much). Mild pain holds only that exercise for one session, and a set that hurt never counts as a record. • Records, charts and goals compare like with like: switching from dumbbells to a machine, or from both sides to per side, no longer counts as a record or a weight increase. Each setup gets its own line on the chart. • The Plan says which session each number builds on, and never calls a session "last time" when it wasn't. • Edit a past session fully: change the exercise, what you did it with, failure or pain. • Food: press and hold a meal from another day to copy it to today, on its own or with its whole section. • Dates and times in your language; charts show the month and year where they change. • Dumbbell or plate pullover, seated leg curl and eight more exercises. • If your notes mention something like chest pain or shortness of breath, the app tells you who to see and when.
