About

RepTimer is a focused, two-phase interval timer built around one idea: an Action period followed by a Rest period, repeated as many times as you like. Press GO and Timer 1 (Action) counts down. The moment it ends, Timer 2 (Rest) starts automatically. When Rest ends, RepTimer either stops or rolls straight into the next loop — you decide how many. ONE CLEAN DISPLAY No cluttered dual readouts. A single large timer fills the screen in mm:ss.ss, and the ring around it is color-coded so a glance tells you where you are: green for Action, yellow for Rest. A METRONOME THAT KEEPS PACE Load into the work interval with a built-in metronome that accelerates from start to finish — automatically stretched to fit whatever Action length you set, so the pace always peaks right as the interval ends. BUILT FOR REAL SESSIONS • Pause and resume with a single tap — perfect for interruptions like a phone call. • Long-press to reset the current run. • The screen stays awake for the whole session, so it never dims mid-interval. • Alerts at every phase change and a final alarm at the end — delivered even when the app is in the background or your device is locked. • Choose your end-alarm sound. • Your settings are remembered between launches. SIMPLE BY DESIGN • Set Action and Rest durations independently. • Turn looping on and pick the number of loops. • Works on iPhone and iPad. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT RepTimer collects no data, has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Everything happens on your device. Whether you're doing HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, mobility work, interval runs, or timed practice of any kind, RepTimer keeps the rhythm so you can focus on the work.
