About

Reptrak is a workout tracker for people whose training has a shape. Most trackers hand you a flat list of sets. Reptrak understands how you actually programmed the session — supersets and circuits, EMOM and AMRAP, for-time work, rep ranges, prescribed rest — so what you log looks like what you planned. TRAINING THAT ISN'T JUST STRAIGHT SETS • Supersets and circuits as real groups, not two exercises you have to remember are linked • Timed groups — EMOM, AMRAP, for-time — with a full-screen clock that runs the round for you • Rep ranges, prescribed rest, dropsets, bodyweight and loaded work • Build a template once, then run it week after week BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • A purpose-built keypad instead of the fiddly system keyboard — tap a cell, type, move on • Last time's numbers sit under every set as you log, so you know what to beat • Rest starts itself when a set is prescribed rest, and keeps running on your lock screen • Personal records surface themselves — no spreadsheet, no hunting WORKS WHERE YOU TRAIN • Every set is written to your phone the instant you tap it. Basement gym, no signal, no problem • Syncs to your account when you're back online, so a lost phone isn't a lost training history • Your step count from Apple Health on the home screen — read on your device, never sent anywhere SHARE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO • Logging is private. Sharing a session is a separate, deliberate step • Follow friends, see their sessions, and share a workout card to Instagram Stories • You pick the audience for every post, and your workout notes are never shown to anyone PRIVACY No adverts. No third-party analytics or trackers. We never sell your data, and your health data is never shared with anyone. Delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.
