The app is stupid and I hate it
I just downloaded the app and I cannot, for the love of god, get it to open. Every time I click on the app it immediately closes. I’ve deleted the app and redownload it, tried opening the app whilst on my wifi, whilst on my data. The app just would not open.
Please update soon.
Please update the software as soon as possible. After the phone is replaced with IOS26, the software is not compatible with the system and continues to flash back! New phone can't open app

App crashing
For about 3 years now the Republic Mobile app has been crashing on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. As such, I cannot load the app to check my transactions, etc. Grateful if this can be resolved at the earliest
Inconsistent Performance
Since the first time signing in, there have been a slew of problems with this app.
It seems though that these are specific to iPhone users as the app seems to struggle on iOS. All my friends that have android phones report no issues.
The FaceID doesn’t work as it should and the app itself does not allow for signing in properly.

Please update this app to work on iOS 17. It crashes on launch. Totally unusable.
Absolute waste of time

App Shutdown after login
Since the last update I can’t get to use the app because it shutdowns a few seconds after login, I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 16.3.1 (the latest atm). I was not experiencing this issue before the update.
Needs more updates
This app needs to be updated with bug fixes more often, for about 3 months since I’ve changed phones this app has been crashing on my new device and to date no update has come out to remedy this, I’m here wondering if one will eventually come out or maybe I have to wait another 3 months for that to happen, it’s frustrating!

Lacking a lot
Over a year now and still notification don’t work the ability to lock and unlock ya own card in the app to shop online would be nice and I said this before y’all take a look at royal bank Canada app rbc that’s a proppa banking app

At the very least there should be YouTube videos on how to use this terrible app.
Not bad
As one of the first banks in Guyana to bring about this service. It’s good! If anyone else has a problem with it and prefers to go line up at the bank whole day then go down brave. I’m satisfied and I know that with coming time, this app and service will improve, like everything else in life.
Confusing at best
As one reviewer said great for a first app in Guyana banking services...but it’s a bank and a very profitable one and, at minimum, should have given their best efforts to have a logical working app. Banking technology applications are very common and the technology is very easy to get.
Bells and whistles can be added later but I cannot even login to setup. How is it possible to ask a user to open the mobile app to find an OTP required to get the app connected in the first place? I am lost here. This is egg-chicken-chicken-egg logic. Not fully thought through it seems.

Should not be used as secondary security
This app rarely works to authorize web login as secondary security. The OTC’s never work. It could be that they refresh quicker than their slow system can process. Also the SYNC keeps showing an error occurred and to try again then the login on the web page times out. When you’re lucky you get a warning about duplicate logins. Obviously it’s seeing the app as another login and maybe preventing the authorization. Terrible.
