Love this app! It saves me as a realtor! Love that you can plug in your numbers and give your clients a quick idea of what they will pay monthly and give them options. I use it often and it's so handy!
Works great
This app does everything it's supposed to do and more. Very easy to show buyers and sellers total costs. New feature allowing you to compare multiple offers is a wonderful way to show sellers a break down of closing costs and net of each offer.
Not working
Updated the other day. It keeps crashing. Please fix, I use this app a lot.
