5/5– A great, simple app for prepping, organizing and keeping track of my workouts.

⭐️ Very straightforward and simple to use— no membership, pop-ads, or complicated features to work with.

⭐️ I can create multiple routines to have on rotation for what type of workouts I feel I can accomplish for the week.

⭐️ I love the customization feature for creating my exercises. I can choose the name, duration, distance, set, reps, etc. for each exercise.

⭐️ When creating new routines I can quickly add exercises I’ve previously done. This saves me time and I can continue to progress in each exercise.

⭐️ Having the calendar is wonderful for a visual learner like me. To be able to see all my progress on a larger scale keeps me motivated to continue exercising.

As a university student, my life is very busy with classes and working part-time. My favourite feature on this app is creating different routines with exercises I believe I can accomplish. Whether it’s mid-term/finals week, winter break or when I’m feeling sick, I can customize my workouts to accommodate how much time and energy I can dedicate that week.

Overall, I highly recommend this app for anyone who’s looking for a simple way to track and log their health journey.
