Horrible
Great for writing orders but horrible when it comes to back office accurate reports. Even common bookkeeping reports do not exist.
Simple and Efficient
The app offers a simple user experience that anyone from 20-80+ years old could use. The app makes displaying a branded lifestyle to clients in a direct and modern way via the iPad device. The app can do a lot of you can allow it to simply do the basics. Having a strong WiFi is a necessity as when not on a good WiFi you can have a more challenging experiencing selling to clients. Would love to see the company make logical improvements but they listen to feedback and hopefully implement the big stuff. Would also like to see the iPhone mirror the iPad experience much more but iPhone does have much more limited space to display. Would also like to see the app for non-Apple users in the future so more of my team can use the app.

RepZio is a solid tool for sales professionals looking to improve efficiency and stay connected with their clients, making it a great choice for any sales team.

Easy to use, intuitive. Would be great if you add a function to save several previous ship to addresses to choose from. I have multi store dealers who bill to same address, but ship to 6 or 8 different stores. I have to retype ship to address each time since they seldom order 2 or 3 consecutive orders to same location.

New home page for individual account is awful!
Not sure why you had to change it when you “upgraded”, the original version was more straightforward and intuitive

Revision Greatly Lacking
RepZio used to be Fantastic. With new revision it is less so. Tags are in random order and ICon is missing to see picture tags. (Works on old IPad, but not new one-makes no sense). Have sent multiple communications, so far, no improvement. When looking up item #’s, much more time consuming, as item appears lower on screen. Had asked repeatedly that negative inventory be shown in RED, but that did not happen. Am still trying to figure out why revision was done, as so far I can not identify any improvements.
Tags do not show up evenly when presenting to customer unless you select 1 picture per page……client complaints.
When revising tags, sometimes the save button appears and many times it does not????? therefore have to go in and re-save tag…much more time consuming. Negative inventory levels should appear in a contrasting colour…red would be good.

Good system, but Could use some upgrades
I’ve been using RepZio now for four years.
I’d like to see the following features added to it.
* be able to work on two orders on the same screen and decide which product is going on which order.
* produce order copies with much larger photographs
* have reporting with custom date ranges.

Not as good as what it was
The app update is not nearly as good as it was before.
Please Fix
Always loved this app more than any of its competition. The new update not as rep friendly. I hate that the size of the photographs are smaller when you’re showing four at a time.
Easy for Sales Professionals & Great for LV + ATL Market
I have been supporting this app for the last 3 years. I have seen hundreds sales professionals be proficient in order writing and other sales enablement features very quickly. It runs on both iPhone, iPad and in the browser. RepZio is also one of the better sales enablement apps to use as a sales professional during the Las Vegas and Atlanta Market because of the badge scanning capabilities. RepZio continues to collaborate with the users to improve.

When presenting my lines, I usually show 4 subjects at a time. The photos have gotten smaller since the recent update.
When reviewing the order and using the new format, there is no pricing for the customer to see, so you have to go back and use the old review order method. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. i’ve always been a huge advocate for RepZio over ECAT, and especially AMP.

Nothing but LOVE for this app
I love RepZio! Continually makes the customer experience flawless when it comes to ordering. Perfect for both the rep and the customer.
Prefer the Old Version
Smaller print with light gray tones makes this new version hard to read and use.
It gets worse on a smaller I Pad and on an I Phone it is almost unusable.

New Update is Terrible
Full of bugs, fonts too small and too close to other icons. App freezes and crashes. Should have left it alone.
Much to be desired
It’s great to have an app in our industry, yet the app is clunky, requires too many clicks and frequently shuts down. Please update your UI to be more streamlined and let a page remain open if our iPad shuts off. A few minor tweaks could make this easier and faster to use.
