Worst app ever
Use the machine for work and need it at 70% and it’s stuck at 60% I’m just aggravated with it at this point if I don’t get 70% I can’t drive

This app doesn’t send an email when I put forgot password. It used to work.

Can’t register it’s show Please re-enter if the device is already bound.
Poor app
This app needs a major fix. As others describe, it will freeze and crash on a blank screen with the ResAssist logo and the only fix is to uninstall and re-install it. This is a pretty big issue and it needs to be addressed by the developer.
Terrible App
Worst app ever won’t even load to open. Looks like this has been a problem for a while now.
Stay away
To get the app to work you have to delete and reinstall. Many reviews with same issue but the company doesn’t seem to care enough to fix it. Apple shouldn’t let this app on its platform until it’s fixed. Garbage, buy another CPAP that has tech that actually works.
Fix the app please
Every time you close the app you have to reinstall it for it to work, please fix it.

Worst app ever! Works the first day you log in and comes up frozen with a white screen on subsequent attempts.

I have to delete the app and readd it every time I want to open it. It is helpful once you actually can see the CPAP data but frustrating to use.

This app is terrible. I have to delete it and reinstall every day just to see the results each day. If I could give it lower stars I would.

As the other guy said, this app is totally worthless.
App Won’t Connect or Load Content
After registering and downloading the app, it won’t connect properly to WiFi, even though my device is already connected. Every time I open the app, nothing loads—it’s just a blank screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but the issue remains the same. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible because it makes the app completely unusable.

update: I emailed support staff and they just told me to delete the app and redownload it. I have had to do this several times now and it’s obvious from other reviews that I’m not the only one. this app is the WORST! Do not get resvent equipment if you can help it!
when I open the app, it just shows a white screen with the words “ResAssist” on it and nothing else loads. it used to show either the home page with the stats or a login page. seems like the most recent update broke more than it fixed. also. the support page is written entirely in chinese, so you can’t easily complain to anyone about it.

Resvent app is down
The app no longer works
Problems since I got my new phone
Everything worked great on my older iphone. I bought an iPhone 16 and currently have iOS 18.3.1. In order to access the app I have to delete it and reinstall it everytime I want to look at it. I noticed the app does not update the nightly usage information anymore. So it is pretty much useless to me right now…hope something happens to fix the issues

Doesn’t open
I downloaded the app I installed everything I needed to install username password, etc. Close the app open it back up. I just have the logo on a white screen. It won’t open.
Tried to use the app again. Same issue. I have an I phone. Please tell me what you have for a phone. Not certain an android is any better, but I will be dumping the iPhones

Very frustrating
Not a user friendly app. It doesn’t work with Apple health. I’ve had it 1 day and have had to reinstall it three times. It keeps freezing on the welcome page.
Stuck on splash screen
When i open the app it gets stuck showing the splash screen. Any idea? Thanks
