I’m literally copy and pasting my user name and password from the email they sent me and the app says they are wrong.

Put some pin connectors on the dang thing for rotation / speed etc . 0-2 so far with these motors .motors that are allowed to "decide" rotation are a bad idea .

Doesn’t work

App just keeps crashing, can’t even use it.

Poorly designed app

Several issues. Very poor instructions as to motor ID number. Bar code scanner doesn’t work. App can’t find motor using every number on any label. App freezes on screens and you have to close app and restart. Training video lacks any precise info in my opinion. I like the idea but the app designers really failed. Tried to find additional info after getting home and so far no luck. Still need to return to program the motor as it was left in default settings. Very disappointed so far with the product.

Need update

Update your app please. There are no words on the pop up screens or selector switches. I’m using ad iPhone. Also when I tried on my other phone which is a note 20, the Bluetooth would not connect even after resetting everything.
