Can’t even login.
Won’t log in with 2fa. Why must the code be sent to sms. Which never arrives. Why can’t I use my 2fa code via app.
False advertising
They show premium domains for sale on this app and once we add money and then try to purchase it say unavailable. Up until we add cash it shows as available

It doesn’t let me add funds using PayPal but I can use a credit card. At least now when my wallet gets too low I have the option to add funds from my phone when I’m not at my desk.

Does not work
I have two factor authentication enabled and since then I am unable to login to this app as my 2FA using authentication app and this login screen shows sms sent message ans does not accept 2FA codes

Crappy app and company
Unable to access my account (it never sends the sms verification code). It’s not the first time, my domains are trapped in my account. Also, they Sells your personal information without your consent. Stay away.
Another worthless app
I am trying to renew domains which I cannot simply do online!? The app allowed me to upload funds (why not just pay) but fails when I go to renew the domains. This is a very simple process with other companies, what a joke.

The look is nice but I would bet there is a lot of bugs in it. The very first task, which was to add funds, failed. Only reason for the 2nd star is because it looks nice, that’s it.
Just gives a window that sits their for 5+ minutes trying to dictate that I don’t close the window. It never moves from that screen (thanks for wasting my time).

If this company is anything like ResellerClub, then I wouldn’t expect a response for a few weeks. Customer service is certainly not their forte.

Is there any plan in pipeline to launch a full fledged app to manage our reseller profile from mobile phones.
With the current available options it is fairly decent. Just fir on the go sale. But it doesn’t really help. There should be more options for resellers
