Timeline:
With a chart designed with an approach similar to Gantt calendar, you can quickly create and edit your Bungalow reservations on the chart and quickly see the available days to provide your customers with information about available days quickly. You can arrange the order of Bungalows as you wish by pressing and holding on Bungalows.
Revenue Chart Screen:
You can view your total revenue as a circular pie chart (donut chart) by setting the time range you want. On the same screen, you can also quickly track your total revenue on a Bungalow basis. You can access the Revenue Chart screen from the Menu as well as quickly by shaking your device.
All Reservations Screen:
You can see all registered reservations for all your Bungalows from this screen. You can search by Bungalow name or guest name. You can filter according to the date range you want. You can see your total revenue and total number of reservations in the date range you specify. You can export all your data to Excel.
Add/Edit Reservation Screen:
By setting the check-in date and check-out date, you can set notifications for these dates. Notifications for check-in date are sent to your device at 14:00; notifications for check-out date are sent at 12:00. In this screen, provide complete reservation management with guest name, description, number of adults, number of children, accommodation fee, number of nights to stay (automatically calculated according to the date you specify), and total amount (automatically calculated according to accommodation fee and number of nights to stay) fields.
Export Data:
You can export all reservation data for all your Bungalows to Excel.
Go to Date:
You can scroll to any date you want in the timeline.
Go to Today:
Allows you to scroll to today on the chart. You can also scroll to today by pulling down the timeline.
Take Screenshot:
You can take screenshots showing the entire month you specify on the chart.
iCloud Synchronization:
Your data is synchronized with your iCloud instantly. So when you install the app on all your devices, your data will automatically appear the same on all your devices. Even if you delete the app or lose your phone, you will not experience any data loss because your data is safely backed up in your iCloud account.
Timeline Style:
You can determine how reservations are displayed on the timeline yourself. You can set reservations to appear straight (rectangular) or diagonal (parallelogram).
Customize Sounds and Vibrations:
You can customize sounds and vibrations separately by turning them on or off as you wish.
Customize Bungalow View:
You can customize the Bungalow name and color as you wish. When you swipe right on the Bungalow on the timeline, you can change the Bungalow name and color.
Timeline Lines:
You can easily see today's date with a blue solid line, month transitions with a red dashed line, and year transitions with a thick red dashed line. You can receive alerts with different sound effects during day, month and year transitions.
Timeline Period:
You can set the timeline range as "±3 Months", "±6 Months" and "This Year" yourself. For better performance, the app will come as "±3 Months" when first opened.
