DOES NOT WORK WITH NEW IOS
My dog chewed my remote so I called to get a replacement. I was told by customer service they don’t have individual remotes you can purchase and he suggested me downloading the app. I was excited about this being that I would rather have a remote on my phone instead of a physical, remote, but that gladness soon ended in frustration. Downloaded the app, even tried the previous review suggestion of unplugging it at the base instead of out the outlet did everything that I knew to do to try to get it to work and nothing. I was that it most likely won’t work or be compatible with the newest versions of iOS. So now I’m twiddling my fingers in a somewhat upright position with no remote waiting for the app to update so that I’m able to actually have a remote.

Works perfect with my nectar (oken) bed frame. I paired it exactly the same way as I do with remote that came with the bed and it worked the very first time. Functions great as a backup especially since I can’t find replacements for the original.

Works good. Pairing is a little fun.
I just had to do a few trial and error things to get the app to pair, but once you figure it out, everything was fine.
Works as advertised
Basically all functionality of the remote works on the app. I just wish the app could provide even more memory presets.
