Resident Support

Resident Support is a private companion app for current residents of participating recovery residences. Residents can: • View their recovery day count, assigned tasks, chores, account balance, and receipts • Record gratitude and private journal entries • Use guided recovery and grounding tools • Contact house staff through structured request categories rather than open group chat • Submit maintenance requests • Check in and out of approved outside meetings with GPS-supported attendance • Review payment methods and securely continue payment setup with Stripe With the resident’s explicit permission, location is used in the foreground and background for GPS-supported meeting attendance and residence accountability. Residents can see tracking status, open iOS location settings, or pause sharing; missing location is an exception for staff review, not automatic noncompliance. Resident Support does not provide public social networking, open chat, advertising, or emergency dispatch. Access is provided by the resident’s participating house. Staff and owners use a separate web system.
