I think Residia is on to something. I know this is new, and they’re continuously building things, but the idea to have my tenants guided through their own inspection sounds great to me! Also, the ability to just have my maintenance issues diagnosed and then sent to a fairly priced and good maintenance person sounds a lot better than handling myself. Excited to see this get better and better!
